I have sponsored my parents with a dependent child last year. At the end of last year, the dependent child who is my brother came to Canada as a student. Do I need to update his status through webform? I couldn't find any information if this is needed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I checked my account this morning, the application status was "Application/profile updated", but nothing changed when I clicked to see the details. Then after I went back to Account Home, status changed back to "submitted". Can anyone tell me whether this is the so-called "ghost update"? Also...
