Yea, i submitted mine with the application but they have this letter that use for PCC which asks for SA as well. Thats more of a letter used for everyone, u submit it if u havent or ignore that.

Well just before ur file gets transferred, the sponsers Background check should be cleared and after that they ask for medical, PCC and schedule A. If not submitted intially. And there is no real reason why it took so long everything in my case is pretty straight forward.

Hey shimnui, Could you please update if you get call and get a response. As i too applied for ny husband in april 2018, file was in process on april 23rd, 2018. And all the documents including PCC and Schedule A was recieved on july 25th. And havent heard anything after. Still waiting on delhi...
