Hi! How did you apply for GCMS notes. I would also like to apply for mine. I have 2 ghost updates on 28th December and 18th January. Not sure if it means anything or not.. How long will it still take to get PPR mail :(

Hey! I also received 2nd ghost update on 18th January but no change in background check status, its still we are processing your background check. But surely it's a sign of progress and what I have read through in different forums that after second ghost update, you will get PPR mail anytime...

I got on 28th December post which BG status changed to IP2

If you are still in the process timeline then dont worry and just wait for positive outcome. It seems they have heavy backlog and December month is slow.

In my understanding, it doesnt work that way.

If you get a PPR mail which is passport request then only you will be sending your passports for stamping. As per my understanding the stamping process should also be completed within the estimated timeline. Mine timeline is upto 9th March. All the best.

Finally got first ghost update on 29th December and background check status changed to IP2 stage.. lets see how much more wait..
