Quick question, I hope someone can help. My score is 474 and I did not receive any email today for ITA. Is it taking time to receive this email or there is something wrong? thanks in advance
I am in the same situation. just received an RCMP criminal record check request. looks like they are requesting it for all the inland applicants if they are in Canada for more than 6 months. the point is if they are doing a background check on their own why they are requesting us to do it. why...
i didn't have LMIA as well. I came through intercompany transfer. you should select no for LMIA. better to do the profile ASAP in case they have any remaining nominations before year end or get it early 2019.
my score is 415 and I have been working in Ontario for 1.5 years on closed WP. if you have a job in Ontario whatever your score, you will get OINP. all the best!
Why there is a discrepancy between the total number of nominations issued and NOIs? The total NOIs issued are less than 6000 but the number of nominations granted is above 6000. It should’ve vice versa as not all NOIs get accepted for nomination.
And do I still need to keep my job after the provincial nomination. In other words, if I get the OINP and my score increased by 600, do I still need to keep my job to get the PR? Thanks again
Another question, I understand that OINP decision after applying takes between 4-8 weeks. What about applying for PR after being selected from the express entry pool? I saw something on the internet referring to 6-8 months. Is it true? Thanks
