From which date,it is showing the message for background?

It only changes when final decision is made,by it means,when COPR is issued.Many applicants have witnessed no change in IP2,after issuance of PPR email.Only in few rare cases, it goes to NA3 ( Not applicable) for 3rd time..But,it’s very rare

Normally they go for SS,but we cannot predict CIC steps.Only way is to order GCMS Notes after completion of 6 months I’m also stuck in IP2 since November.Planning to order notes when i hit 6 months . Hope we get PPR before that

COPR is a letter issued by Canadian immigration,not the visa stamp on passport

In my opinion,we can claim points for our bloord relationship,that counts for our siblings,parents and adopted siblings (that means having one parent common in both) in express entry.Not for maternal uncle or aunt

In my WES report ,2nd page, it is mentioned ‘Canadian equivalency summary - Masters’. So, I have chosen Masters in education field. What is mentioned in summary ?

If WES has given you canadian equivalenciy of ‘Bachelors’, than you must have discussed this issue with WES or have gone to another assessment agency,before submitting file for express entry and claiming points for two diplomas

What is your background check status in CIC account?

The profile remains in pool for 1 year, and after ITA ,your file gets selected and comes out of the pool automatically.So,expiry date is for the files which don’t get selected in the pool for one year.They have to make new profile
