Hi, Can I apply for PR card after soft landing? I asked the officer during soft landing but I was told that I can only apply when I go to Canada to settle. Is it possible to apply for PR card to be sent to a Canadian address while I am in the US?

1. I took a rental car. They didn’t ask me anything about the car I drove to Canada. They only asked if I will be importing any vehicle in the future when I go to Canada to settle. 2. Yes, mine was issued in February.

I see from most of the posts above that Automatic Revalidation and H1B visa stamp are acceptable and working at major land borders. Do you know of anyone who was not able to land recently at land borders?
