Diploma from a private college acceptable for language req?

Thank you! Hopefully it works. I heard stories of cases being returned despite meeting language requirements as per their instruction on the website so feeling like IRCC is running by their own book which isn't known by the public.

Diploma from a private college acceptable for language req?

I have completed a diploma from a private college in esthetics in BC. It was 1200 hrs program and I was granted a diploma. The diploma didn't mention instruction was in English. Is this proof acceptable for citizenship application if the diploma wasn't granted by a public university/college?
