Can you flagpole at anytime at the Manitoba border? I know the border is open 24h but are there immigration officers there to process and application there 24h? Or can you only flagpole during certain hours.

Does anyone know whether I can update my wife’s language test? When we initially entered the pool we didn’t realize she took the incorrect test (IELTS Academic, some mix up when we booked it). She has since taken the CELPIP General, however I can’t seem to change it from IELTS to CELPIP
