For me the biggest problem is the lack of communication. We are set to drift apart without dates and updates and the system they have created to help us get information from our cases ( call center, online services ) is completely useless for people that pass their predicted 6 month timeline...

Yes, both are within the time frame. ECA has been done may 2018, IELTs June 2018 and TEF december 2017.
