They sometimes request additional information in the same PDF as your Test invite - so maybe double check that email to see if there is a request there. Mine was under the heading "Important Notice: Document Request".

This also happened to me today - I have an interview scheduled with Scarborough for June 16th but today Mississauga asked me for passport scans (even though I sent them to Scarborough in December of last year) o_O - who knows what is going on?

Similar situation to you but not Niagara office - I was told that my file got transferred to Missisauga from Scarborough, so I'm guessing that's why I have a delay :(

Thank you! Where would I find out where my office is? I got AOR from Sydney, NS but I'm based in Toronto, so I'm not sure if that's accurate :)

Thanks for clearing that up. It is most likely that I misread something about the living within Canada "rule" when I was going through visitor/sponsorship stuff over the years and clearly wasn't thinking straight. Thanks again for the clarification and to you @Buletruck for the info.

Yep, booked tickets a few weeks ago... landing on 18th May! My husband is flying over for a little holiday here and then we're going back together. Hope you get yours next week! They send it back signed delivery so if your husband won't be home then it will just go to the post office :)

Received CoPR in the post yesterday :D

MyCIC got updated to approved today and I received an email saying that my CoPR was on its way in the post! Will update here when it has arrived. As always, wishing everybody the best with their process ^__^

Actually it was this message below that I was responding to as the question was about CoPR, which is why I answered the way I did.

Yes you can use the Royal Mail envelope as a return one to track it :) I never managed to get mine uploaded via MyCIC so I posted them with my passport photo's but I also submitted a webform and uploaded them that way. Haven't heard anything back though.

I sent it on Saturday by first class and to be signed for.. only cost £2 something. It arrived on Monday :)

For my PPR in London, they actually requested to not include any stamps or courier envelopes. Just had to be a plain A4 size envelope or larger with your name/address on. The exact details should be in the PPR letter they sent you.

This sounds like PPR not CoPR. PPR is passport request in which you have to send off passport/passport photo's and a copy of the email they send you. CoPR is what you receive back from the VO after they receive these documents.

I sent in Canadian size passport photo's with my original app and they have asked for new ones in Canadian size again. I'm not sure why they'd ask for more but who knows with this process?? :p
