You can try calling IRCC. if some analyst will take your call (which is rare), you ll have high chances to know the reason. So try it at least.

I am not sure then, but still you can try calling IRCC or VFS also. May be, there would be some explanation.

You can call them on the phone. The instructions there clearly state that you can call them when it exceeds normal window. So go ahead.
