I think you need to count for the working days only (Im not sure though). You can raise webform specifically to your VO or to VFS.

I dont think it matters. Their usual process is actually 30 days from the date of passport submission. AUH is actually taking their time to process PPR especially for PR app.

It depends. Mine took 10 working days. For others more than that. Just have patience your husband will receive it anytime soon.

they are really taking their time for stamping and releasing our passports. I read on other thread that some they are processing it on 10 working days, others are 14 working days. It's case to case basis, I think. Submitted my Passport as well last March 18 for PR visa stamping. We will see how...

I think you should contact directly the MIDI for the requirements for your baby's CSQ application.
