    Hi there , I meant that the japanes police certificate will take quite a bit of time to get processed and to be received from the Japanese police department .     Do we have to mail in our paper application first and then link the application to our GC online account? My wife is not eligible for Express Entry. Right now, I have an online account created but cannot find anywhere that I can online apply for PR. Can anyone advise me?
