There are over 60 PNPs, and many require job offers. I want to focus on PNPs that don't need a job offer (if I had an offer, I would get cut off with FSW). What are some of the PNPs that I should look into? and which ones would need separate application / vs invitation based on EE profile...

I dont think you need to tell your Manager. Just ask HR department for verification letter. I usually get this before H1B renewals.

According to USCIS, if you show intentions of residing permanently in another country (such as getting a PR Card in Canada), then you are abandoning your PR Status in the US (Green Card). Going from PR Card to Green Card is fine, but the other way will result in abandoning permanent resident...

The US is closing its doors and even people on H1B visa with high salaries are moving to Canada. I personally think that Canada is a much better option.

I think it's better to sell while you are physically in the US, but if you have a good realtor, you can FedEx docs from Canada and use a Notary there. Whatever is more convenient. I also have a home and am on H1B. I will personally sell before moving.
