Yes...Land outside Quebec and get your COPR signed and you should be free to work anywhere.

Approved COPR and wanting to work in Quebec

Ideally it should not. Once you get a PR card you are officially. You can travel and work anywhere in Canada. CSQ is used for the Quebec Express Entry.

Approved COPR and wanting to work in Quebec

Hey I landed in Toronto and then moved to Montreal. Luckily no one asked me for a CSQ. Not even while applying for Health Insurance in Quebec. So I believe you should be good to go. Just make sure you land outside of Quebec.

Approved COPR and wanting to work in Quebec

Working in Montreal with Canadian PR (Express Entry)

Can I work in Monteal, Quebec if I already have a approved COPR in hand. I am currently in India and I might get a job offer from a employer in Montreal so I was curious. Or do I need to land in some other province and later go to Montreal?

I believe security is pending. It's the case with most of us. Even the call center employees don't have a answer for this delay.
