You will received before 6-8 weeks a PPR. Once you have the PPR: - You will send passeports, photos and Annex A by regular mail - Approx 1 Week after, they will send you a letter that you can use to activate your permanent residence status when crossing the border.

Mine was July 19th, still waiting for PPR, apparently it can take up to 6 weeks.
