    Hi, my sister has 443 but she did not get ITA today... As profile created on 15 jan 2019. Now, Ontario and other provinces have issued large PNPs so will be able to get in the Feb 6 draw? Also I myself have 429, so if she gets ITA can I get points for sibling straight away or will have to wait...

    How soon can I expect CRS cut off to go down to 429 ?

    It's a radom/rough figure I estimate, but might be completely wrong as many people are coming into the pool with 440 and above, and also people in the range of 420-435 always rewrite IELTS to go higher in the table.
