I applied on 4th October online from India and haven't received any updates so far. Since, I had a refusal earlier, I didn't had to do biometrics. I have raised a webform and got a generic reply of "Application in review" from IRCC.

Did you get any update? I also applied on 4th and since this was re apply, no biometrics were needed. I got last result pretty fast though.
