I am not sure if VFS office can help without seeing PPR email as they will not have anything to validate against your request. Other than webform, try sending email to IRCC.CIO-BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca.(This is for CIO Sydney). That should help.

Thanks Piyush. Hoping you also get PPR email soon. Its good you caught about your mailbox now. If they confirm over call, you can still request them to re-send the email.

Normally they send remedical request when the officer is recommending pass for your file. Some people get PPR quickly after passing remedical and some have to wait for final review from officer.

In a way its good to get rid of that useless bar which was giving false hopes of completion within 6 months :D And post 6 months whenever we login to check, it was always reminding us that our applications are delayed.

Yesterday the website was showing a message about some maintenance activity planned during which you will not be able to login to website. I think they would have just done some changes to look and feel of portal etc.

I had raised a webform on 29th October and today I got another generic reply - "The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied."
