My notes are identical to yours in this regard. I do not think it's security screening as they have been replying my queries with "Background verification in progress" not security check/screening. Hope for the best!

I was also born in PAK and most probably kept aside for Security Screening. Activities 1-4 are blank and 5th is Security.
