    No I didn't submit the fee payment receipt as at that time the fee wasn't available to pay. Did you put in an inquiry ?

    I also applied on June 15 Going to UofT Toefl: 101 medical passed. Application still under review. I don't know why it is talking so long. People who have applied after me already have there visa.
