do they consider express processing to an applicant who needs to be outside of canada. For example, I'll have my oath on Oct 10 and I need to travel on Nov. 10. Is it possible for me to have my passport done by then? thanks!

I have the same situation. I passed my exam on July 5 got a DM status the day after. Took my test in Scarborough. I will leave the country on November. I am not really sure about the date of my oath letter/ceremony. This really makes me anxious!
