    yes, a nomination. But is it normal to receive nomination for NOC which is not included in their published list in the draw?

    Hi everyone, In October 24's SINP draw, I got nomination for NOC 2173. But in the published NOC list, 2173 is not included. How is that possible? Can anyone please explain this? Thank you.
