Hi, I sent them email on expressentry@gov.pe.ca but have not gotten any reply yet. It's been more than 2 months already. Also When I called them, they asked me to send resume on the email Id mentioned on their website. Nothing so far.

Yes I have received provincial letter of interest and sent them a mail right away on expressentry@gov.pe.ca but I have not received any automated or any reply yet. I just wanted to clarify that I have not created profile in PEI yet. Got this letter thru Cic express entry stream. What should I do?

So you are saying that you had not registered with PEI before you received LOI from PEI as this is the case with me. I am really confused if I should create profile under PEI and submit my EOI or wait for PEI's reply? My agent says that we can not do anything unless they reply.
