Normally, the day you gave the medicals is not considered. The day that the medical report is received ar IRCC will the date that is considered. You can check your GCMS notes (if you have a set) to see the medical validity or you can call the call center to get the date

I had to do a remedical. Did that on the 28th of Nov, and it was passed on the 7th of Dec. PPR came on 11th Dec evening IST.
