Got an update after all. - Oath Scheduled on Sep 19th. this was via a notification in the portal, waiting for letter or email still. are people from Toronto being asked to attend oath in person / online ?

I mailed my passport on February 23rd but have yet to receive it. The application cannot be tracked, and VFS tracking is not working. I'm wondering how long this usually takes and what I can do to speed up the process of getting my passport back in time.

You have a long way to go, the standard processing time is more than 12 months, however 80% of the applications are completed in 8 months. Your MP will not do anything if the application has not passed 12 months.

Yes, This happened with me as well. - from Feb 9th till Today. On feb 9th They started Eligibility, and today got PPR request (Ready for Visa Email). The trackers and GCKey are still pending updates and say InProgress / lacking updates.

Sure but what contact Email Address did you give on the application forms , also the application link you mentioned. - was this to a GCKey account. ? or you have a PR Portal Account ?

The Request would have gone to Primary Applicant's email, and not the sponsor's. if the email for both PA & Sponsor is same - then you would have received it. I would highly recommend you check both your emails. If not raise a webform to get a copy of those. You can also find a copy of that...
