Email your office immediately (regardless of time and day) and tell them why you missed and ask for a reschedule. I am assuming you already have a very valid reason if you managed to miss this important event in your life.

Did you not try to reconnect to the session? This is strange, as it's specified in the PDF that if you get disconnected for any reason, you should reconnect using the same invite link.

Congratulations! Just wondering , May 13 is a Saturday, is it normal for IRCC to have ceremonies on the weekend?

Same here! logged in to my tracker after work and noticed an update too for a re-scheduled ceremony on May 12th. Waiting for the email instructions now.
