    No.. that's not completely correct.. they have passed the bill saying any new comer must learn French and pass an exam within 2 years time ,but the Government of Ottawa has immediately rejected the language requirement bill passed.

    Quebec has reduced the intake numbers to 42000 for 2019. Around 13000 would be invited under skilled workers category. We can expect it to begin from Jan first week
