Dear all Can an express entry FSW applicant send an updated employment reference letter proactively via web form after submitting the online application even if not asked by the visa officer? I mean after getting AOR but with out getting an ADR.Will it delay the processing time?

I think it is legal in Bangladesh.Otherwise, how VFS center in Bangladesh would send the passport of the applicants to Singapore Visa office.
