Call CIC!! I called them 3 times since yest cos I have been having issues tracking my passport. They have been super helpful. Also I never got disconnected or had any issues after my approval is done. Before I could never even reach the call center.

Yes it was a state holiday but CIC was working. I don’t think all states observe Family day. And yes maybe the pickup was done by Canada post and the delivery will be done by fedex.

I called CiC and they say it was shipped on 18th Feb at 2:45 and I call fedex they say they did not receive my package from Passport office! Return tracker Ofcourse still not active. I don’t know which information is incorrect. Anyone going thru similar issues?

Also, no you don’t need any PCC. Travel does not delay processing as far I know except if you receive PPR and you are traveling internationally, then Ofcourse you will not be able to submit it. Otherwise, no there is no delay. But u must inform cic prior to travel.

What I found so far is, they do give you an extension on passport submission after PPR “if” you’re traveling internationally or need your passport for any other important reason. You can request 30,60 or 90 days extension. That is why I started web form so I could inform about my travel. I’m...
