The reason of your rejection is just financial insufficiency or ielts score..please do tell me coz i m also applying on 6 not less then 5.5 in one band,for that University has provide me esl course

I have 59%in master degree n 6 in ielts not less than 5.5 in one band..had worked as project officer in ngo for 1 n half yr..going for pg in project management courses along with dependent as visitor in university of winnipeg along with esl course..what are my visa chances?
