That was for ADR, travel A request in August but immediately cancelled by the same agent. I can see the request and the cancellation in the GCMS notes, so I think everything is fine, but the account is stuck in the "your action is required" status now, preventing me to see "updated". I'm just...

Did you get any ghost update, Tobs? I see you're 20 days in IP2 already! There is not much move for the ones with an IP2 in november, even for those who received a ghost update.

You will know your VO either by calling an agent either by ordering GCMS notes. You can call on +1 613 944 4000. Go through all the menu's and once you're at the end, select "0" to talk to an agent. To order GCMS notes, go on getgcms.com

You can either call them or order GCMS. If you didn't do it yet, it's a good time now, after 4 months. GCMS notes will give you more details than what the agent will provide you on the phone. The drawback is that you have to wait 30-40 days to get them. I lived in the US as well and it didn't...

Not sure then. It's strange. I'm also from a visa exempt country and I thought that they would link the PR electronically to your passport like they do with the eTA. It is also strange that you have to upload a copy of your passport, as it's already a required document to submit to get your AOR.

Did you try on the "View submitted application" link in your account?

Similar situation here but with the Travel A. They requested the doc back in August but cancelled it 3 hours later. My current status still shows “you action is required” though. But for additional documents, it says “we do not need additional documents”. I ordered Gcms notes and everything...
