It might take more time now. I applied on 12th March, and my passport reached VFS today. But since now lockdown is announced in Delhi, not sure when I will get my passport back.

It was scheduled to be picked up, but I went and gave them to speed up the process.

That does not matter, once you get AWB number, you can even go to blue dart to give your package. It does not have to be necessarily "Picked Up".

Finally my Passport is picked up by Bluedart for PRTD. Now will be waiting to get it back. Has been almost a month since I applied .

If you do not meet RO, and study outside Canada, can one really make a case for appeal? I am not sure if there is a process for it. Once a PR you have to meet RO for renewal.

It took 20 days from the day I sent the email to IRCC. The day I received the passport request, I filled the VFS webform. Since then I am just waiting, it has been 3 days already, haven't got the payment link yet.

When did you emailed your application for PRTD ?

Make sure you have permanent status, which means not just COPR, you should have got an email letter saying "You are permanent resident now", i.e. they should have virtually landed you.

You will need to apply for PRTD once you arrive in India, it should not impact your PR Card application which is in progress. I am in the same boat.
