IRCC phone lines are closed since COVID, so you will need to use a webform. That said, seeing what is happening, there's no reason to panic right now - I can't imagine there are many people processing PR cards right now (on top of Easter) - so the delays posted on the website aren't realistic...

I guess based on this thread PR card issuance has come to a stop.

Was your AOR October or December ? Your signature and post say two different months. DouglasDylane, they received my app about 2 weeks prior to yours. Did your AOR come from Mississauga also ? We're applying for QC if that helps or changes anything.

Well I found the reply on their website that didn't have it a few days ago IIRC, it says you need to receive their letter first before setting up an appointment.

We're about to submit our documents for a spousal sponsorship. Problem is for biometrics nearest location is 2.5 hours drive away and they are closed weekends. We'll be visiting a city that has a biometrics centre soon and could therefore do it then, but wondering if one has to wait to receive...
