Hi , please what time did you take your test. I did mine same day with you but around 7pm and it’s yet to update .

u can go to the states without he pr card as long as u have your copr and you are not going by a commercial means like air or bus . if it says approved then yes card is mailed out, its mailed out from Ottawa via regular mail. it took me 2 business days to get mine n im in mississauga
