I answered on the assumption that 'All Travellers' applies to everyone, including Australians. So I think I answered "False" but I have at least three "Not Given" answers.

I also answered reimbursement. i considered "mileage rate" but this doesn't read well: "mileage rate of motor expenses"; should be mileage rate for motor expenses... i think i answered mileage claim to another question.

I answered taxi because I thought I heard the woman saying that if they share taxi, it would be cheaper than coach (which is normally the cheapest).

then i guess i got it wrong. I did have a feeling i might got them wrong because the instruction says "no more than 3 words" and i felt it was counter-intuitive that all my answers were one words.
