They just told me to use the ircc web form, and I know what you mean I waited on hold for 33 mins. I read on one of these forums that ecas is updated every Thursday so I’ll check again today. The helpline lady did tell me that my application is “very new”.

I got my AOR on July 23rd and still can’t access ECAS either. I called the cic helpline and she said that everything looks good on their end and to send an email to technical services.
