That's true, but seems like these 3 points are going to be a herculean task for me, besides that last cutoff was at 445,which killed me, I m just a floating soul now ;-)

CRS 437 and NOC 2172 and still waiting. Guys, Is it necessary to have a profile in job bank to get a NOC. Besides that what could be done to get a NOC from OINP ?!!
