Kept calling the IRCC delhi number 91 11 4178 2000. Took about 15 tries before they answered otherwise it is just the automated voice. Called IRCC Canada from here with their contact information. No one is of any help :(

Yeah, I cancelled my wife's ticket. No response yet from IRCC Delhi in email. Don't know how to escalate it now. No one is helping whatsoever. This is absolutely frustrating...coming so close to the end and still getting delayed without cause by IRCC.
