Just got an email requesting my passport today. Flying in 48 hours. Should I go to the embassy myself tomorrow?

I submitted my application online to London high commissioner on 22nd June and didn't hear anything back until today when they requested my passport. The only problem is I'm flying in 48 hours therefore I don't have enough time to submit my passport to VAC. Do you think they can get it done...

Thanks for sharing. I'm leaving on 3rd Aug to the US first. Even if I get a decision now I'm not sure I will have enough time to get it stamped. This is so stressful. I can't believe it is taking this long.

You applied 8 days after me but travelling 12 days later... hopefully we both make it... What was the estimated time when you applied? On the 22nd it was 22 days. Then 27, 28 and now 30!
