Hi ...my outland spousal paper was submitted on october 11 2018 in novascotia and till todate no response...when called ircc they said they cant find application anywhere with our shipment dwtails but said it might be with case officer.. Is this long delay normal ? Is anyone in same boat ?

Thanks ...yes I read that .. Mine application is spouse from pak..my consultant submitted papers including biometric fee but didn't ask me to do biometric . He said process is letter will come after acknowledgement .. So I'm confused if this really applies to spouse papers too as written

Can anyone tell the biometric procedure for spouse papers? Is it done during application is sent or done when acknowledgement comes?

Does cic keep record of returned parcel? Mine was returned and lost during international shipping ..by missisuaga..and it's been over 2 months now Shall I.resubmit application..all or would they have anything in track record.

My application was submitted by representative mistakenly saying spouse lives within canad whereas in actual spouse lives outside. Document is lost for 4 months now , and Missisuaga says they returned it 3 months back and document had no tracking number. Can anyone advise how to track this lost...

Address was provided as was mentioned in site for missisuaga back in April. It was sent by courier and was received by a person as well within 2 days . But the documents are yet not acknowledged . We called 1.5 weeks ago they said will track application , but we have still not heard anything .

After how many days can we expect follow up response from IRCC? We called them as our acknowledgement for Spouse documents are yet not received , and its past 4 months. If someone has idea can you help ?Shall we call IRCC again. We called them in last week and they said , they will track spouse...
