Dear whats your country of residence amd visa office? Did you go for upfront remedical?

It looks like they have transfered all feb21 aor files to local vo(mine too transfered to ndvo,called ircc yesterday, Aor feb21). Any expert comment on this ? Is this positive step by ircc or will just delay our finalization and keep us waiting for few another months?
