Everyone, I just received an email request for my passport for the CoPR! For personal reasons, I might decline their request. If I do decline, do I get any refund of the fees I paid with my application? I paid both fees (primary applicant and right of PR), and am a single applicant. Thanks.

Oh ok, thanks! I'm in the US. I haven't gotten an email message about biometrics. BG is still in processing. On the top of the page, there's some empty space related to biometrics info. - cant remember if this was always there or I'm just noticing it now.
