Paper application (family of 3) Application received: March 3, 2021 AOR: May 13, 2021 Processing started: June 17, 2021 ...and this is it, no updates, no nothing ever since, Language, Presence, BGC, Prohibition are 'In progress'. Is anybody else in the same boat?

We have landed! Finally! The interview was about 20 minutes for 3 of us, we were asked few questions and got our CoPR copies signed by the officer. And that was pretty much it. It was such a ride... Best luck to those who's still waiting.

Congrats! Interestingly, even though we are inland applicants, we got a normal passport request and sent our passports to be stamped. Received them back on Wednesday. Trying to book an interview appointment now.

That it's gonna take longer than 19 months. As I told before, the security check alone may take a year or longer.

Just chill out. My bg check took one year sharp, and during that time they kept telling me the exact same thing - everything is ok, we have no control over the security check procedure. Even though I think it's unfair, I'd suggest to be prepared for the worst case scenario and just wait.
