I am from Bangladesh. My IELTS Score is overall 5.5 (L 5.5, wr 5, R 6, S 6). I got LOA from St. Clair Colleg, Ontario in this July 2018 for September session. I have full fill College IELTS requirement. But my question -- Is Canadian embassy Grant my study permit with this low IELTS Score?
