Most of the finance jobs outside of Toronto are not finance jobs per say, but more of data entry jobs where the value addition is less.

I am still paying off that line of credit and tax arrears. Will take a couple of months more to finish them up.

I just read about LMIA exempt work permit. Can the tailors be called to Canada as intra company transferees if they help further Canadian interests ? Practically they do benefit Canada and the Canadian economy socially, culturally, or economically as they will help further the business there...
