    I am not sure if you are referencing to the correct Declaration form because it clearly states OCI Application No CANV.... You will need to select option 'I have never acquired Indian Voter ID and Ration Card based on my priorIndian nationality.' if you never had one...

    Mine too! Application submitted at BLS Calgary - 4th July Status as of July 9 was UNDER PROCESS with Application Date as 8th July Today Status is shown as PENDING with Application Date as 3rd July which is my actual online submission date of the application.
