I would contact the doctors where you had your medical done. My oncologist was provided with a form to complete that set out what they required in his report. This was uploaded directly by the doctor that did my medical and not via the portal we have access too

I was diagnosed with a sarcoma in January 2018 and my AOR was Aug 2018. Had to disclose it for my medical and they required a report from my oncologist. They set out what they require. They said I wouldn't exceed the threshold and passed my medicals

I did not put name and birthday on photos for my COPR and it was not an issue.

I did a soft landing. I am not sure where it was shipped from but it was sent to Edmonton

They said it would take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. it was approved and mailed on the 3rd of January and was delivered to the provided address on the 8th

How long did they tell you it would take when you landed. The officer told me about 2 weeks. Also have you linked your application?

Did my landing on the 16th of Dec. Ghost update on my profile on the 15th and update today saying application has been approved and card is being shipped

No they did not ask for POF. They only asked for the COPR, passport and declaration form. Then they asked for a local address.

Finally did my landing today at Toronto Pearson international. Was a very smooth process. This forum has been a saving grace.

I am not sure how it would work so soon after receiving the ITA and likely before you file your application and receive an AOR. I changed jobs a year after my AOR but before PPR and merely raised a webform with my new contract. The website just says within 3 years before you apply...
