Hi all, I am looking to bring my wife over on a visitor visa and wanted to know what the recipient address needs to be on her employer NOC letter. Can I just mention 'Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada' or does it have be any Embassy / Consulate address? Thanks in Advance!

Yes I did my soft landing in Nov 2019, and was planning to permanently relocate by the end of 2020 but then had to postpone it due to the pandemic. I am still compliant with the RO, and no, she is not from a visa-free country

Yes I got that too. After waiting for a few days, I directly sent a mail to the certificate section, and they got back to me telling it can't be issued.

I submitted the Letter of Explanation as stated above along with screenshot of an e-mail that I received from Dubai police saying pcc won't be issued to visit visa holders. My application was approved and I got my PR four months back :) Good luck!

Almost the whole POF amount was gift deed, I don't think there is any limit on that.
