    It’s advisable you obtain a PCC from the Indian Embassy/Consulate in UAE. Alternatively if the pcc you obtained from India was from a PSK, that should be OK as well.

    Degree certificate does not need to be attested. Put them i.e. the sealed envelope and degree certificate copy in a bigger envelope and send it. Don't forget to add your WES reference on the main envelope.
